Chris spent most of his career in R&D, first in Monsanto and then Novus International, Inc. where he led R&D, Innovation and Product Development as Sr. Vice President Products & Solutions and Chief Innovation Officer. Chris has published broadly in areas of methionine and trace mineral nutrition, nutrition and immunity, gut health and antibiotic replacement strategies and has received numerous patents for innovations in many of these areas. Chris is active in the Poultry Science Association and is the current chair of the PSA Foundation Board of Trustees with the focus of attracting and educating the next generation of poultry science professionals. Chris’ current career focus is advising and collaborating with company start ups developing technology for application in the animal nutrition and health industries.
