Zsofia is responsible for research and development of mycotoxin inactivation product line of Dr. Bata Ltd. She hold a PhD is biochemistry, the main focus of her studies was understanding the structure-function relationship in enzymes. She holds Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnological engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and in General engineering from the École Centrale de Nantes. In her prior experience she researched in Singapore, Trieste Italy and was a Fulbright Visiting Researched at the University of Minnesota. She published over ten peer reviewed scientific papers, and received numerous grants as an appreciation of her outstanding research activities.
